The opening session of the workshop on 28 August  will take place in Trento at the Science Museum, Corso del Lavoro e della Scienza 3, Trento (Italy).

MUSE building designed by Renzo Piano covers an area of  12.600 square meters and was inaugurated on 27 July, 2013.

The architectural shape that remembers the profile of the surrounding mountains, creates and marks the location of the permanent exhibition. The exhibition develops over 5 floors and an area of about 3,700 square meters. Here, visitors can discover glacial environments, the genesis of the Alps and the Alpine biodiversity and the prehistoric populations of these places until the modern human presence.

An entire floor is dedicated to origins and evolution of live with the largest exhibition of dinosaurs in the Alps, as well as an amazing tropical greenhouse.

The event includes an aperitif offered on the terrace of the top floor where it is possible to admire the panorama of the city of Trento and the charming mountains of the area. Then all the participants can enjoy a guided tour of about an hour that will be followed by dinner at the lobby of the museum.

The workshop will continue for the next two days (29-30 August) in Trento downtown at the Humanities Hub of Bruno Kessler Foundation, via S. Croce 77, Trento (Italy).
